Successful Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Outbound Business Prospector. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective commercial clients using a provided script and lead lists
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and aligning them with our products/services
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the Agent & Sales Team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets
• Provide feedback on call scripts and lead quality to improve outreach strategies

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demenour
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections confidently
• Self-motivates and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided)
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
