Responsibilities
Schedule inbound appointments for receipts and / or pick-upsProcess freight bills for 3rd party freight deliveriesAdminister customer inquiries or returnsProcess inventory adjustments as required to ensure accurate inventory visibilityRate ship and schedule 3rd party carrier pick-upsWork with retailers, vendors, and businesses and manage key accountsGenerate and distribute monthly receipts and reports to show current POS shipping quantitiesTimely and accurate transactions in ERP system (ship confirms / PO receipts / stock transfers, RMA’s, etc) including review of weekly open order exportsWork with the finance team to review, approve / dispute customer finesProcess carrier loss and damage claims when necessaryLiaise with Customer Care, Sales, Regional Distribution Centers, and Transportation Planner on daily requirementsManage offset customer pick-ups (prepare documentation, communication with vendor / customer)Participate in yearly Physical Inventory counts and reconciliationMaintain the warehouse to meet safety regulations and ensure processes and procedures are followedQualifications
A minimum of 2 years experience in similar coordinating / project management experiencePost-secondary education in a related field is a related field is an assetExperience in forecasting an order schedule based on inventoryGeneral knowledge of Supply Chain ConceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detailExperience on Microsoft AXAPTA 12 System (Highly preferred)Summary
