Job descriptionAnalyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Recruit staff, set work schedules, hire and train employees Organize and maintain inventory, monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks Address customers' complaints or concerns Oversee evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services Maintain quality control and production records Analyze company financial records to assess competitiveness or market value Ensure adherence to safety standards and departmental policies Fast‑paced environment Work under pressure Handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs) Attention to detail; combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Large workload Accurate, client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask Work term : Permanent Work language : English or French Hours : 30 hours per week Shift options : Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Day, Weekend
