IT Support Spezialist (m/w/d)

Die Aufgaben im Einzelnen sind :
- 2nd & 3rd Level Support der Anwender, Applikationen und mobilen Endgeräten
- Du wirst eingearbeitet in die Schnittstellenprogrammierung, Produktionsautomatisierung und -digitalisierung
- Du bist Produktionssystemunterstützung auf IT Ebene
- Du bist auch die Testunterstützung bei den Produktionssystemen
- Du installierst Software und eilst zur Hilfe, bei technischen Problemen
- In Anwendung von Service Now bist Du einer der IT-Ansprechpartner
Das gesuchte Profil :
- Eine für die IT-Support entsprechende Qualifikation und Erfahrung
- Insbesondere Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und Datenbanken (SQL) sind von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Kommunikationsfreude und Souveränität im Umgang mit Anwendern und Kollegen
