We’re Looking for an Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team based out of our Nelson office in British Columbia. Reporting directly to the Owner, this role is responsible for overseeing all roofing and sheet metal operations in the region.

This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out of work while managing people, materials, productivity, and performance. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in stabilizing operations, improving efficiency, and enabling future growth.
