Position : National Project Sales Leader, Facility Services
Job Highlights
This position will report directly to the Senior Director of National Facility Service Sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to support project sales and customer care across Canada.
The role will require coaching and training Black and McDonald best practices as well directly working with our project sales leaders and teams on prospecting their customer base and establishing sales plans and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate and support national facility services sales team.
- Ensure compliance with Black &McDonald go to market strategy with project sales staff nationally.
- Participate and support development of strategies, tools, training utilized by national project sales team.
- Participate and support development of ongoing account management.
- Manage and ensure quality and delivery of client review efforts and documentation.
- Participate and support product delivery initiatives such as controls, energy and sustainability and other new products to the marketplace.
- Manage supplier relationships and initiatives.
- Ongoing estimation and execution analysis.
- Manage and review customer satisfaction analysis.
- Establish and manage best practices in estimating and customer facing document usage.

Education & Skill Requirements
- A university degree in engineering or college diploma in related fields is considered an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to travel as required.
Career experience
- Engineering and / or design background including direct project estimating and management experience.
- Demonstrable sales and negotiation experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop new business in and outside of the existing customer base.
- Experience or demonstrable aptitude for managing and coaching a sales team responsible for proactive selling and customer care.
- Demonstrable and direct knowledge of the facility service and management marketplace.
