Our client, a leading Canadian industrial distribution company with a strong presence in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities within the industrial and oil & gas sectors.
- Sales Growth : Generate and follow up on sales leads, provide quotations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technical Solutions : Offer technical solutions to customers, ensuring their specific needs are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure seamless order processing, customer service, and support.
- Order Management : Manage the ordering process, schedule deliveries, and oversee the opening and closing of work orders using computerized systems.
Requirements :
- Experience : 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within the industrial or oil & gas sector.
- Technical Aptitude : Strong understanding of technical products and solutions is essential.
- Self-Motivation : Must be highly self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail are necessary to manage a busy sales pipeline.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective client interactions and internal collaboration.
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $70k $90k, plus uncapped commission.
- Mileage : $0 . 55 per km OR a vehicle allowance of $1000 per month.
