Industrial Millwright – Winland Foods

Full time position located at 944 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada. The role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation / modification of packaging and processing equipment across the plant.

Schedule

Rotating 8 hours, Mon‑Fri, occasional weekends and overtime.

$47.69 per hour, $2,000 signing bonus, tool allowance.

Job Responsibilities

• Repairing and servicing processing and packaging equipment on a planned schedule.
• Effective troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime : understanding failure modes and recommending solutions.
• Installation and modification of machinery and equipment as needed.
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Proactively reporting equipment status and repair requirements to production and maintenance teams in a clear and positive manner.
• Reporting daily work effort and failure root causes to facilitate reliability improvement.
