This is a full-time position that may include some weekend and/or evening work. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and flexible scheduling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Help with menu planning and development as required

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
