This role falls under our Corporate business unit. At Behaviour, our corporate teams are strategic and intentional and work proactively to put in place the optimal solutions for our tools and teams across Behaviour.

We're in search of a proactive and skilled People Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the entire employee lifecycle in North America, managing inquiries, processes, and logistics for onboarding, termination, and employee changes globally.

Collaboration with People & Culture (P&C) team members and other departments will ensure a cohesive employee experience and operational efficiency.In this role you will :

  • Act as the primary contact for global employee inquiries, managing our P&C inbox efficiently.
  • Handle end-to-end processes for global onboarding, termination, and employee changes, including benefits and leave administration.
  • Coordinate both voluntary and involuntary terminations to ensure a streamlined offboarding process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, conducting orientations, overseeing background checks, and managing HRIS actions.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to meet country-specific requirements while upholding our company culture.
  • Assist in the documentation of People Operations procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Identify and propose solutions for process improvements and program development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance People-related programs and administration.
  • Support various People Operations projects from inception to completion.

What we're looking for :

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a global company.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems(HiBob is a bonus.)
  • Knowledge of benefits and leave administration, including relevant laws.
  • Strong personal accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Trustworthiness with confidential information.
  • Effective time management and adaptability in handling changing priorities.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
  • Skill in gathering requirements and feedback from cross-functional teams for various initiatives.
