THE ROLE

• Executeback-of-house excellence with precision efficiency and consistencyensuring our Food & Beverage services meet the highest standards.

• Curate ahighly engaging fun and shareable product assortment.

• Set up for seamless food production.

• Deliver and exceptional product offering.

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld.

THEQUALIFICATIONS

Sous Chefs/Chef de Parties have:

• Proven skills certificationseducationand/or experiencein Food & Beverage

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for these roles is $25 - $30 CAD per hour.
