Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Electrical Engineers within a multi-discipline team throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead substation engineering teams—including P&C, Civil, Structural, and Physical—to ensure quality, coordination, and timely delivery of all design packages.
• Establish and maintain client relationships; participate in design and production meetings related to substation and electrical systems.
• Serve as Electrical Engineering Manager on multiple projects, providing technical leadership and oversight.
• Conduct design development and contract document work sessions in collaboration with the Project Manager and other disciplines.
• Implement and enforce QA / QC processes across engineering disciplines; participate in code compliance reviews with governing agencies.
• Manage project workload and coordinate team efforts to meet schedule and quality expectations.
• Track technical progress and adjust team activities to align with project goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers; support technical development and consistency across the team.
• Perform other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example : Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
