Robert half is hiring now for an experienced Project Manager Cyber Security for our Edmonton Client to fulfill a contract / temporary role.
As the successful candidate for this position, you will coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors to manage execution of projects ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
If you're a driven individual with effective communication skills and hand-on experience with mass deployments for hardware / software projects, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role is located in Edmonton, AB., but is open to hybrid remote (work from office / work from home) permissions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :
MUST HAVES :
- 4 + years of proven working experience with hands-on Project Management experience combined with experienced in Cybersecurity implementations
- Proficient working experience in project planning, project communication skills, and project control fundamentals in order to successfully manage IT projects, on time and on budget to the client's satisfaction
- Infrastructure background
- Proven success in vendor and supplier relationship / management combined with solid negotiating capability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and speak effectively with all levels of management, vendors, and department staff
- Strong working knowledge of handling managed services for implementations
- In-depth experience with defining tasks, deliverables and millstones and proven ability to follow up on tasks and ensure delivery
- Solid working knowledge and experience to test and verify deliverables
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task as needed to accomplish goals
- Post-Secondary degree in communications or related field
