Supervisor

Located right next to Canada Life Centre, Tavern United Downtown comes alive during Jets games, concerts, and major events. These nights are loud, exciting, and high-volume—perfect for someone who can stay focused, work efficiently under pressure, and take pride in delivering great service when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
• Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
• Supports managers in the execution of business operations, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved and provides end-of-shift feedback.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 – 3 years experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
