Korok is looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsabilities :
- Answer customer basic questions about our products or services.
- Redirect incoming leads to the related sales representative
- Create quote and order entry into the system
- Track leads and sales opportunities until the sale is closed. (Sales cycle)
- Plan and manage the installation process of our equipment
- Manage deposit and final payment with our customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho).
Requirements :
Native english speaking is a huge advantageCan communicate in french at an intermediate levelExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and understand their needs.Practical knowledge of IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Customer service orientedBenefits :
