Job descriptionWe have a comprehensive 8 day initial-training program to help you develop new skills and enhance existing ones; and regular workshops to help you stay up to date on current trends. Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll be working in a supportive environment that encourages creativity and rewards your hard work. Engage with potential customers through door-to-door marketing campaigns. Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers with informed purchasing decisions. Establish positive and trustworthy relationships with customers. Efficiently manage your time to cover a designated territory. Maintain self-motivation and persistence in challenging sales environments. Learn from each sales interaction to continuously improve techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Willingness to work outdoors and engage with people. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Commission based pay structure; commissions dependent on rates associated to a successfully sold product. Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
