PAY : $23.95 per hour

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator with strong, sign-industry specific knowledge. The ideal candidate has hands-on sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10.

This is a full-time position based in Orillia working 42 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7AM-4 : 45PM and Friday 7AM-12PM with the possibility for voluntary overtime.

This role is eligible for group benefits after completing 2 months of employment and a boot allowance after completing the 3 month probationary period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Apply cut paths to 2D contours for sign-related fabrication
• Review cut strategies
• Create custom files from scratch based on project needs
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
