Our client, Waycon Manufacturing Ltd., based in Penticton, BC, is a leading industrial equipment and machinery manufacturer serving clients across North America. At the forefront of the industry, they are driven by a skilled team of mechanical engineers and tradespeople, all equipped with advanced tooling and cutting-edge equipment. Their welding fabrication facilities specialize in carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum components, adhering to CSA standards W47.1 for steel and W47.2 for aluminum.

They are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join their team. In this key role, you will fabricate and weld components and assemblies while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong blueprint reading skills, fabrication expertise, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fabricate and inspect finished parts for quality and blueprint accuracy;
• Execute welding using flux core, metal core, and hardwire techniques;
• Safely operate overhead cranes, cutting torches, and welding tools;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area daily;
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
