Loulou Lollipop is a women-owned, B Corp-certified Canadian baby lifestyle brand offering delightful and adorable products for babies and kids 0 to 6 years old.

Based in an 18,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Richmond, BC, Loulou Lollipop is a local wholesale and e-commerce success story.

Founded by two sisters, Loulou Lollipop got its start in 2015 with two designs : the original silicone Donut and Ice Cream Teethers that broke the mold for safety, durability, with a sweet aesthetic.

The company grew by over 50% year over year in its first 5 years. Today, Loulou Lollipop supplies over 600 retail boutiques and national chains in the United States and Canada, and thousands of customers through their e-commerce platform.

The company has remained committed to quality and accessibility throughout its growth - all of their products are ASTM, CPSC and CPSIA compliant, because every little one and parent deserves the best.

Reporting to the Founders, the President will have full P&L accountability and will be responsible for developing and delivering on sustainability and growth targets across the ecommerce and wholesale channels while championing a culture that attracts, develops, and retains high calibre talent committed to Loulou Lollipop’s brand and values, such as courage, integrity, innovation, and work-life balance.

The goal is a best-in-class sustainable business that delivers on all strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

With growth at the centre of Loulou Lollipop’s strategic direction, the Founders recognize that scaling the business requires a President who has a track record of success as a President / COO / VP responsible for driving growth of an apparel or similar consumer product, multichannel company.

Over their career, the ideal candidate has developed a reputation for scaling an omnichannel business through a disciplined approach to product development, brand development, community building, ecommerce, wholesale, operations, supply chain, and financial management.

With a track record of success growing a business, and a reputation for inspiring and motivating a team, the preferred candidate instinctively understands the importance of creating a product line that keeps pace with consumer demands and trends.
