Responsibilities :
- Lead scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for Yardi software enhancements and projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to conduct investigations, feasibility studies, and prepare high-value business cases
- Create and document test cases / test scripts to validate system changes and support end-user acceptance testing
- Coordinate and assist business users in resolving escalated support issues related to application software and operational systems
- Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance, driving service improvement initiatives
- Identify and analyze opportunities to improve business efficiencies and maximize the use of Enterprise Applications
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a complex real estate services environment
- Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple enterprise applications, including Yardi’s Voyager, Elevate, AB&F, and others
- Understanding of real estate business and key processes
- Detail-oriented with superior documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay Rate : $70-85 / hour
