Position Overview :

We are seeking a Design Project Coordinator with a strong background in architecture or design to support the coordination of project drawings and documentation. This role bridges design and construction , ensuring design intent is accurately translated into buildable solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and fluent in both technical drafting and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain design and construction drawings, including plans, elevations, details, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with internal design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure accuracy and constructability of drawings.
• Prepare drawing packages for client approvals.
• Manage drawing revisions and documentation flow between design and site teams.
• Review architectural and consultant drawings , integrating them into overall project documentation.
• Assist in design development , material research, and selection to align with brand and budget.
• Assist the design project manager in the development and coordination of the project.
• Support project scheduling and milestone deliverables with a focus on design accuracy and deadlines.
• Participate in client and site meetings to track design-related decisions and changes.
