A leading pipeline operator in Calgary is seeking an Assistant Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel to support corporate governance and manage communications with the Board and executives. The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate Law degree, a strong background in governance, and 6-9 years of legal experience.
