Senior BA

Responsibilities

• Process Mapping – Collaborating with internal teams and the project team to document and map existing processes in defined functional areas.
• System Integrator (SI) RFP Support – work in 2026 will directly contribute to the development and completion of the Systems Integrator RFP for the program.
• Miscellaneous Project Activities – Supporting priority tasks as needed, potentially taking on multiple roles to ensure project success.
• System Requirements – Lead end‑user requirements workshops and document best practice requirements.
• Data Migration – Work with business and IT to identify data requirements for data migration from existing legacy system into the new ERP / EAM.
• If the program is approved to proceed (at the end of 2026), work as part of the program team starting 2027+ over multiple years (up‑to seven) working on the full program lifecycle from requirements, confirming design meets end user needs, data migration analyst, support for QA (testing phases) and end user knowledge transfer and system deployment activities.
