This role requires adaptability, organization, and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities : - Calendar & Travel Coordination : Optimize scheduling, manage travel plans, and anticipate scheduling conflicts.
- Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, take minutes, manage action items, and handle room and catering logistics.- Communication & Correspondence : Screen calls, emails, and mail for priority tasks, drafting responses as needed.
- Executive Support : Summarize documents, review approval needs, and manage confidential information.- Event Planning : Coordinate off-site events and strategic management meetings.
- Data Management : Conduct data entry and audits as required.What We're Looking For : - Experience : 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
- Skills : Strong organization, MS Office proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage confidential matters with tact.
