Job Description

Join our team as an Apprentice Plumber, working on a dynamic project involving a 3-story, 45-unit residential building and two commercial retail units with apartments above. This is a new construction project, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in both residential and commercial plumbing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in a multi-unit residential and commercial construction setting.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure plumbing installations meet quality standards.
• Support the installation of boilers and mechanical room components.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Work Environment

40 to 44-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with overtime after 44 hours.

Work includes a mix of new builds and tenant improvements for institutional, commercial, and multi-family residential projects.

The pay range for this position is $24.62 - $35.86 / hr.
