Job description

A leading biotech firm in Hamilton is seeking a Sterility Assurance Manager to lead the design and implementation of a sterility assurance program in a cell and gene therapy manufacturing facility. The role demands expertise in sterility as well as collaboration with quality management and environmental monitoring teams. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in microbiology or biology and have 8-10 years of relevant industry experience. A comprehensive understanding of GMP regulations is essential.
