Jr. Design Release Engineer Upper Body

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 03 years of experience or internship / co-op exposure in automotive BIW engineering design or manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA V5 NX Teamcenter or similar)
• Foundational understanding of GD&T and BIW manufacturing processes
• Willingness to learn DVP&R DFMEA and automotive release processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with good communication and teamwork abilities
• Organized proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
• Exposure to stamping welding or sealing processes
• Interest in cost awareness and supplier collaboration
