Life Benefits Solutions, a Division of People Corporation, is a Group Insurance & Retirement Broker servicing Indigenous employers across Canada. We specialize in designing programs that support the unique needs of indigenous and non-indigenous employees and employers.
We are adding an Individual Financial Services Coordinator to our growing team of enthusiastic high achievers dedicated to creating a positive client experience. The individual in this role will actively contribute to the success of Life Benefit Solutions by providing administrative support to our Individual Financial Services team.

What you will do :
Assist in the preparation of existing and new client documents for various insurance carriers for the Individual Financial Services teamRespond in a timely manner to client email, phone, and mail correspondencePreparation of withdrawal paperwork for members within our group retirement programsGroup retirement plan death claims administration supportRequest information and documentation from clients and ensure all incoming documents are in good order (i.e., cheques, faxes, emails, client paperwork)Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as conducting research for other client retirement assetsMonitor and follow-up on outstanding documents for the Individual Financial Services TeamMaintain client files with notes for all transactions and interactions for individual financial services clientsProvide administrative support for individual insurance clients where necessarySupport Individual Financial Services team in periodic marketing campaigns and various client communication strategiesOther duties as assignedWhat you need to be successful in this role :
Have experience in Individual Financial Services is an assetA passion for customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskStrong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of clientsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBe proactive self-starter with a positive attitudeTeam engagement and responsiveness with our clients and partnersProficiency with the MS Office suite of productsWhat’s in it for you :
