Base pay range

CA$75,000.00 / yr - CA$90,000.00 / yr

On our client’s behalf, we’re pleased to share that an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. This position is a full-time, hybrid role offering competitive compensation, flexibility, and opportunities to work on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

Responsibilities

Corporate Records Work

• Maintaining physical and digital corporate records books and client files (BC, federal, and extra provincial registrations)
• Preparing forms and documents from precedents and templates
• Assisting with digitization of company records into virtual minute books
• Maintaining / updating the ALF Corporate Records Database
• Coordinating outgoing document packages and records books by courier
• Communicating directly with clients as required
