Quality Control Analyst

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join their team. This is a fully remote position starting off as a 6-month contract.

Your new role

• Perform In-Line QC function to ensure accurate file production.
• Provide feedback to QC Lead and oversight on file creation and quality
• Provide oversight into EDD analyst’s cases

What you'll need to succeed

Provide regular feedback to EDD analysts on EDD quality, deficiencies and update required forms jointly with analysts.

Review and challenge production forms via defined QC script.

Capture feedback directly to analyst and within worksheet tracking system

Review and provide oversight in the files that the EDD analysts produced

Capture risk and mitigants in EDD files and ensure finalized forms meet quality criteria expected by the client.

Create materials to include in for procedural documents and job aids.
