Our PCS division is seeking a Project Order Engineering Specialist for a hybrid role based in Airdrie, AB; Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; or Burlington, ON.

What you’ll do

The Project Order Engineering Specialist proactively manages and coordinates the technical aspects of basic to high‑value complex project orders containing standard, assembled‑to‑order, and engineered‑to‑order equipment. Responsibilities include :

• Maintain technical integrity of assembled‑to‑order projects through review, communication with plant engineers, drawing review and submittal, technical clarifications, and value‑engineering options.
• Review and issue drawings or procure drawings from plant engineers; make necessary drawing changes.
• Respond to pricing requests related to product changes.
• Manage multiple project orders, prioritize tasks, and support customer delivery.
• Coordinate documentation with document control specialists : operation manuals, spare parts lists, as‑built drawings.
• Partner with Post‑Sales specialists on warranty and damage resolution.
• Communicate internally with project managers, plants, field sales, and other departments for accurate, on‑time delivery.
• Engage externally with contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, OEMs, and participant in customer review meetings (on‑board, witness test / inspection, customer site).

They effectively communicate, collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product Engineers, are highly organized, proficient with Office 365 and digital tools, and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Compensation

Full‑time position with base pay and target sales performance incentive. Target total compensation range : $99,336 to $124,169. Base salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
