Formwork Carpenter

Jacob Bros Construction is immediately hiring Formwork Carpenters for projects in the lower mainland.

Responsibilities:

• Reads and interprets plans, drawings and specifications
• Assembles and installs wood and engineered formwork systems
• Builds structural formwork for concrete foundations, footings, retaining walls, columns, beams, suspended slabs and shafts
• Other labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Five (5) years proven formwork carpentry experience for a privately held or family-owned general contracting business is preferred
• Journeyman or Apprentice Carpenter certification is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
• No rotations or LOA will be given
