Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support a Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) program, which is currently in its second year of a four-year initiative aimed at enhancing electric utility operations. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of electric utility terminology, technical expertise in relevant systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and feedback collection. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of 15 people, comprised of both permanent employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements for the ADMS program, ensuring they align with project objectives and industry standards.
• Analyze as-is processes and document workflows, identifying areas for improvement and creating detailed process diagrams.
• Work with the team to support ADMS integrations with technologies such as Oracle Field Services, Maximo, and the enterprise model.
• Update and maintain JIRA to track progress, document requirements, and ensure visibility for all project stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating feedback and ensuring alignment across a mix of permanent staff and contractors.
