Role Overview :

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of a greenfield B2B SaaS offering.

Working alongside our Chief Product Officer as the one of the first members of this new team, you'll be at the forefront of building a new platform from the ground up.

You will also be involved in building the team and have a direct pathway to leadership. This is a rare opportunity to shape the initial architecture and design of a new product and help define go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the development of new product features and modules, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Architect and optimize features for user experience, performance, and scalability.
  • Utilize market research and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
  • Establish standards for B2B integrations, ensuring seamless interaction with external systems.
  • Actively participate in product reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance product quality.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining our product development processes.

Must-Have Skills :

  • A very strong written communicator that is adept in transforming ambiguous requirements into a well written Product Requirement Document
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to validate hypothesis through data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies, project management, agile practices, and market analysis.
  • Experience in building B2C or B2B2C products.
  • Experience at a FinTech
  • Experience working at startups
  • Experience building products 0-1
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Familiarity with UX / UI design principles.
  • Prior experience with financial products or services.
