Job descriptionEnsuring food standards set forth by the kitchen manager are being met. Ensure all knives and equipment are clean and in good working condition Measure and prepare ingredients according to Food Specifications Manual Maintain the kitchen by sanitizing areas before and after use Ensure that production expediency (ticket times) is maintained Stock and maintain sufficient levels of product in stations as prescribed in the BOH audit and per daily pars Opening / closing the line at the beginning or end of the day Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed Exhibit personal uniform and personal hygiene per company standards Execution of all cleaning checklists to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen / workstation Able fulfill dish-washing duties when needed Other duties as assigned Excellent communication skills Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment Previous kitchen / cooking experience On-shift meal and non-alcoholic beverage discount Off-shift, dine-in meal and non-alcoholic beverage discount Participation in Life, Health and Dental Benefits Plan as per policy Tip out / tip pool
