What you will do : You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through :
- Petroleum duties provide full service at the fuel pumps including dispensing fuel, washing windows and checking oil.
- Car Wash clean carwash and complete minor carwash maintenance.
- General duties exterior and interior housekeeping, opening and closing procedures.
- Supervising and delegating duties employee’s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures as and when required.
Who you are : You are interested in a career in customer service and :
- You have prior supervisory experience (considered an asset).
- You have above-average communication skills and computer skills.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You have retail experience in the area of customer service.
- You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
