Project Director

We’re looking for a senior leader to join our team and take the lead on our senior living projects based in the Vancouver area. Reporting directly to the Director, Construction, this senior-level role will oversee a portfolio of third‑party projects, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the entire project life cycle.

This position is responsible for managing construction from pre‑construction through to completion, providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, safety, quality standards, and processes are consistently met. Success in this role will require effective problem solving, risk mitigation, trade management, and relationship building, with a focus on driving overall project excellence.

The compensation range for this role is $170,000- $220,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
