Scrum Master -IFRS17 Job Details

As a Scrum Master -IFRS17, you will help build high-performing teams by providing support with project delivery, utilizing a deep understanding of agile principles and team dynamics. In addition, you will need to understand and manage the more traditional approach to project management.

Scrum Master -IFRS17 Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large or several medium, high risk IT projects while leveraging best practice standards and processes
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project delivery expectations are specified and successfully met
• Monitor Scrum processes and support Product Owner on release planning and backlog management
• Strengthen the teams understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and ensure application of these practices
• Ensure the teams actions are aligned with the project goals and vision
• Bring transparency to Business, IT, and Operations about the team’s progress and Agile processes
• Foster a continuous learning environment, helping teams adapt to changing circumstances
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed work plans, project schedules, estimates and resource plans
• Define and manage project risks and issues ensuring appropriate strategies and plans are in place to mitigate or handle effectively
• Ensure effective and timely communication occurs within the project team and between the project team and stakeholders
• Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, and competitive analyses with the team, partners, and executive leadership
• Work with larger program teams in building external communication and action plans using JIRA, Confluence, and other tools
