Hammond Power Solutions Inc. is a global manufacturer headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. HPS is a leader in North America in the custom design and manufacture of dry type transformers, serving markets including mining, rectifier, drives, traction, wind, solar and other electrical power applications. We currently have an opening for a Simulation Platform Developer Co-op , to grow with us. The Spring / Summer 2026 co‑op term starts in May 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a simulation and modeling software platform for company products.
• Integrate analytical models and test data into the platform for verification and validation.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces, scripts, or automation tools to improve usability and efficiency.
• Document software architecture, modeling assumptions, and usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with test and design engineers to continuously improve platform capability and accuracy.
