IT Specialist

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

• Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for users onsite and remote
• IT service provisioning (i.e. add / delete users, change of access, password resets)
• Mobile device provisioning and troubleshooting
• Microsoft server and cloud administration
• Maintain Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, O365, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V)
• Manage and own small to moderate projects.
• Building relationships and working closely with site with assisting on projects.
• Work with other departments and vendors on IT related projects
• Ensuring patching and Windows compliance cycles are up to date.
• Network troubleshooting and problem solving
• Backup and recovery
• Server management
• Monitoring and resolving incidents using the ITIL best practices
