Position Overview We are seeking a
bilingual Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow the
Gatineau/Ottawa market. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an under-penetrated territory, manage an existing book of business, and aggressively expand revenue within the
residential and commercial contractor segment.
What You’ll Be Doing - Manage and grow contractor and builder relationships across the territory
- Conduct on-site measurements/take-offs and validate quantities for project estimates
- Work closely with inside sales to ensure accurate and timely quotes/submissions
- Prospect and convert new business opportunities in a competitive, price-sensitive market
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to CRM adoption and reporting
What You Bring - Bilingual French/English – required
- Experience selling building materials to contractors/builders (examples: millwork, kitchen, flooring, interior finishing, plumbing, or similar product lines)
- Strong ability to read plans, measure job sites, perform take-offs
- CRM-friendly and comfortable working with technology (tech savvy)
- Competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated to hunt and win new accounts
