Sales Coordinator

National manufacturing company specializing in metal is currently looking for a sales coordinator to join their team. The person will provide administrative support to assist the inside sales team in their daily tasks.

40 Hrs / week

Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1 hour of lunch

Hybrid 2 days a week : 2 days at home and 3 days in office

Responsibilities

What does your daily life look like :

Ensure that telephone calls are well directed,

Entering orders received from the sales team

Opening and setting up new accounts

Preparing quotes

Entering invoices, P / O

Preparing and reviewing pricing lists , returns, credit, invoices

Update the department of inventory issues

Working with different departments including warehouse

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bilingualism both orally and in writing

MS Office knowledge

Experience in a similar position

Priority management and versatility

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience from the metal or plastic industry
