Development Manager / Senior Development Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on an experienced and driven Development Manager or Senior Development Manager (title to be determined based on experience) to help lead the execution of our upcoming projects.

Position Overview : This role will take ownership of large-scale urban development projects from acquisition through to completion. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery — from early design and entitlements to construction and final handover. This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in the ongoing evolution of Landa’s project pipeline and corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of the development lifecycle for multi-family and mixed-use projects
• Manage consultants, architects, and municipal approvals through the rezoning, development permit, and building permit process
• Coordinate internal teams including sales&marketing, construction, and customer care
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, pro formas, and ensure financial objectives are met
• Maintain strong working relationships with city staff, community stakeholders, and industry partners
• Monitor risk factors, resolve project-related issues, and proactively manage timelines and approvals
• Support broader corporate strategy and contribute to organizational growth
