Shift Leader

We are looking for a Shift Leader on behalf of our client, to oversee and manage the operations during a specific work shift, ensuring a smooth workflow and the delivery of high-quality services. If you have strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain operational excellence, we'd like to introduce you to this pivotal role within our client's team.

As a Shift Leader, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. You are responsible for your team's delivery of a seamless and orchestrated performance of Iconic Hospitality. In this role, you will manage labour budgets, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development.

Requirements

• 3+ years Restaurant Leadership experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.)
• Beverage and Wine training an asset
• Proven ability to make decisions and empower others. You are a natural leader.
• Desire to deliver a world-class guest experience
• Proactive and solution oriented. You see things from a new perspective.
