Job descriptionBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Transportation facility Warehouse Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget Monitor and adjust contract expenditures 3-4 people Own vehicle Valid driver’s licence Fast‑paced environment Work under pressure Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Efficient interpersonal skills Organized Team player Flexibility Judgement Positive attitude Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Night shift premium Free parking available On‑site amenities a Canadian citizen a permanent resident of Canada a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
