Location : Mississauga, ON or Montreal, QC

If you are fluently bilingual in French and English, have a great passion for vacation planning, and are a natural when it comes to customer service and making someone’s day – this is the role for you!

Responsibilities :

• Web Reservations

Process internet bookings

Confirm and input, modify credit card payment and invoices in Clientlinq software

Answer incoming telephone inquiries, emails

Microsoft Knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel
