POSITION OVERVIEW :

Startec Compression & Process is currently recruiting a Yard Operator to work at our Shepard Shop (9423 Shepard Rd SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 4R6). The successful applicant must be a versatile person that can operate in a fast-paced environment with constant change. This position requires various duties that include, but are not limited to : organizing and supplying materials required for production or for light maintenance, general yard cleanliness, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Familiar with steel fabrication, pipe and steel nomenclature
• Valid class 5 driver's license
• Able to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, loaders, man lifts, scissor lifts, plow truck
• Must pass pre-employment Physical, Alcohol & Drug Test
