Lead Business Analyst

Role Name : Business Analyst LeadLocation : CALGARY / HybridContract : 6+ MonthsRole Overview The Business Analyst will lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role involves gathering business requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand contract management needs. Document functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using Icertis CLM. Icertis CLM Implementation Configure workflows, templates, contract types, rules, and user roles. Support integration with ERPCRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Testing Training Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Develop user guides and training materials deliver training sessions. Support Continuous Improvement Provide post-implementation sup-port and troubleshoot issues. Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations. Stay updated on Icertis CLM enhancements and best practices. Required Skills : 7 years in contract management, business analysis, or CLM implementations. Technical Expertise Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM configuration and customization. Knowledge of contract workflows, templates, approvals, and metadata management. Familiarity with integrations (ERP, CRM).Additional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proficiency in SQL (for some roles).Certifications Icertis CLM certifications (CMP, CMA) are a plus. Preferred Attributes Experience in Agile methodology and SDLC. Ability to manage client expectations and multi-team development impacts. Strong documentation and visualization skills for proposed solutions.Experience : 8
