In this role, you will work aside an experienced team. You will also develop your expertise by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of SuccessFactors applications for our clients.

You will have the opportunity to develop the skills of the team through coaching.

Your responsibilities will involve :

  • Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients’ needs
  • Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions
  • Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules
  • Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle
  • Carrying out functional tests
  • Documenting the implemented solution
  • Training users and providing the necessary support
  • Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources

Required Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (an asset)
  • Knowledge of design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong ability for understanding and analyzing the HR management processes
  • Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading workshops

Tes responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier, analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients;
  • Formaliser ces besoins et rechercher les solutions adaptées;
  • Configurer le logiciel SuccessFactors et ses différents modules;
  • Utiliser la méthodologie SuccessFactors pour gérer le cycle de vie complet du projet;
  • Effectuer les essais fonctionnels;
  • Documenter la solution mise en place;
  • Former les utilisateurs et assurer le soutien requis;
  • Assister le gestionnaire d’équipe ou de projet dans l’organisation de la livraison et encadrer les ressources moins expérimentées.

Compétences requises :

  • Minimum de 3 années d’expérience en configuration de la solution SAP SuccessFactors, idéalement avec les modules EC et / ou Onboarding;
  • Capacité à gérer un projet SuccessFactors de la conception, l’implantation, au déploiement ;
  • Expérience dans l'analyse des processus de gestion des RH;
  • Sens du service à la clientèle et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
  • Experience in leading workshops
