We have immediate opening at ourThunder Bayoperation forService Coordinator (12-Month Contract with possibility of extension).

As ourService Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as supporting technical service delivery to our clients through both service scheduling and execution of associated administrative tasks.

What You'll Do :

  • Maintaining and executing the work schedule for all field services technicians.
  • Producing customer work orders and communicating with field technicians to ensure all service requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assisting Technicians in fulfilling customer requests and service inspections.
  • Quoting and invoicing orders and service work.
  • Producing fire inspection reports and certificates.
  • Maintaining client, product and other related information in the ERP.
  • Providing high levels of internal and external customer service through timely response to inquiries and requests.
  • Ensuring safe work practices are followed safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the job.
  • Managing administrative and recordkeeping requirement.

  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in a service administration across various industries in fast-paced environment, preferably in industrial and / or construction industries.
  • Scheduling experience would be considered an asset.
  • NOTE : All combinations of education in a related and experience will be considered.
  • NOTE : Candidates who advance through the hiring process will be required to submit a current Certificate of Conduct.

    Nous avons un poste vacant immdiat dans notre tablissement de Thunder Bay pour un coordonnateur de service (Contrat de 12 mois avec possibilit de prolongation).

    En tant que coordinateur de services, vous serez charg d'une grande varit de tches, telles que le soutien la prestation de services techniques nos clients, la fois par la planification des services et l'excution des tches administratives associes.

    Ce que vous ferez :

  • Grer et excuter le calendrier de travail de tous les techniciens de service sur le terrain.
  • Produire les bons de travail des clients et communiquer avec les techniciens sur le terrain pour s'assurer que toutes les exigences de service sont satisfaites.
  • Aider les techniciens rpondre aux demandes des clients et effectuer les inspections de service.
  • tablir les devis et facturer les commandes et les travaux de service.
  • Produire des rapports et des certificats d'inspection incendie.
  • Tenir jour les informations relatives aux clients, aux produits et autres informations connexes dans le systme ERP.
  • Fournir un service la clientle interne et externe de haut niveau en rpondant rapidement aux demandes et aux requtes.
  • Veiller ce que les pratiques de travail scuritaires soient respectes et faire preuve de leadership en matire de scurit dans tous les aspects du travail.
  • Grer les exigences administratives et la tenue des dossiers.

  • Il est indispensable de faire preuve d'un tat d'esprit ax sur l'apprentissage continu, ainsi que d'une capacit utiliser / apprendre des solutions technologiques dans l'excution de son travail.
  • Qualifications :

  • Au moins deux ans d'exprience dans l'administration des services dans divers secteurs d'activit en environnement dynamique, de prfrence dans l'industrie et / ou la construction.
  • Une exprience en planification serait considre comme un atout.
  • REMARQUE : Toutes les combinaisons de formation dans un domaine connexe et d'exprience seront prises en considration.
  • REMARQUE : Les candidats qui passeront l'tape suivante du processus d'embauche devront prsenter un certificat de bonne conduite jour.
